Pinot Noir is a high quality and dry wine with rubin red color. Complex flavour has hints of spice and smoke.
Best served with roast, wild game, roasted wild poultry, baked beans and blue fermented cheeses like roquefort.
Serving at 16°C.
Wines have been bottled as 1 l, 0,75 l plus pinot noir and kerner as 0,2 l. At our homestead one can buy wine at bulk.
Studio Cuculić's label design for this wine won the Red dot award in 2009.
